SHIPPING POLICY

I’m Offering worldwide shipping All packages are registered with tracking No. unless otherwise noted.

I do everything I can to make sure that your package will arrive safely! Your order will be wrap in a gift bag & gift box, and carefully packaged into a padded envelope, in order to keep it from any damages.

'Ready to ship' orders, usually shipped within 2-5 business day.
For 'Custom orders', please allow up to 20 business days production time, before the shipping

Most of my jewelry I sent with FedEx express (2-4 business days).

Please, be aware, that international holidays, or customs, can cause delays.

Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

*Buyers that are residents of Israel will have to pay an addition of 17% VAT

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If you decide that you want to cancel the purchase After 24 hour from order and before I sent it to you,

you will get your money back excluding 30% for gold jewelry.

Custom or personalized orders:

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective - Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
